Gilbert Basic Party

The Gilbert Whole Shebang Party

All the contents of the Basic Party Plus:

• A decorated party cake, beverages, ice cream,
six helium filled balloons

• Plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for 18 guests

• Party setup and cleanup

WILSON-DURBIN PARTIES

The Wilson-Durbin Basic Party

Come celebrate in the Wilson-Durbin House - a large, bright multi-purpose room overlooking the river.

All the contents of the Basic Party Plus:

• Up to 30 guests maximum (children and adults)

$170 Members / $200 Nonmembers

The Wilson-Durbin Whole Shebang Party

All the contents of the Whole Shebang Party Plus:

• Supplies for 30

• One dozen helium-filled balloons

• Up to 30 guests maximum (children and adults)

$255 Members / $285 Nonmembers

After-Hours Party Rental
5:30 - 7:00 p.m.

• Accommodations for 1-1/2 hours for up to 50 people (including all adults and children) in a private party room.
• Party invitations and envelopes to send to your guests.
• Set up and clean up time included in your time slot.

After-School Special

Members $75 / Nonmembers $100

Bring friends from school and celebrate with a party at A.C. Gilbert's Discovery Village. The after-school special provides admission for a total of 18 people, a private party room rental from 3:30-4:30 p.m., and invitations to send to each of your guests! Available weekdays when school is in session only.

Add an Activity
- There is a 5 person minimum for an activity.

Treasure Hunt: Ages 6 and up

Shiver me timbers! Hunt for hidden clues through out the Village to find the treasure. Everyone wins a prize in this treasure hunt. $4.00 per child.

Butterfly Magnets: Ages 4 and up

Using markers, glitter glue and colorful craft materials, children will create and take home a beautiful butterfly magnet. $3.00 per child.

Our huggable, larger-than-life mascot will liven up any party and hand out bubbles to your guests. $25.00 per appearance.

Add a Class
(for ages 6 and up only)

Take your party up a notch by adding one of our hands-on education classes in science, art or humanities. See our online Education Program Guide under the programs tab for all class options or call 503-371-3631 for more information on how to add one of A.C. Gilbert's classes to your party!

Please Note that…

- Scheduling subject to room and time availability.
- Themed cake starts at an additional $8.
- Parties and activities must be reserved at least 10 days in advance.
- There is a 5 person minimum for an activity.
- Activities take approximately 30-45 minutes.
